If you want to return a product ordered from our online store www.mad-one.cc, you can ship it back within 30 days from the date of its delivery by following some simple instructions.
- Please email us about your return including your order number to returns@mad-one.cc
- Please prepare your package while making sure all products are in their original state
- The returned products must be not used, in the original packaging and with all the original tags/labels
- Europe: you can use the pre-paid return shipping label that is included in your order. Please stick the return label on your package and drop it at your closest DHL courier station.
- International : the shipping cost for returns is at the fee of the customer
- We do not accept returns without an email with the order number to returns@mad-one.cc
